Father John Molyneux, C.M.F. joined the Claretians in 1991 and was ordained on June 14, 1997. He has been editor of U.S. Catholic since January 2003 and also serves as Prefect of Formation for the Claretians.

Meinrad Scherer-Emunds has been a member of the Claretian Publications team for 13 years. He was appointed editorial director of Claretian Publications and executive editor of U.S. Catholic in 2003. Prior to that, Scherer-Emunds was managing editor of both U.S. Catholic and its sister publication, the social-justice magazine Salt of the Earth.

Bryan Cones joined the Claretian Publications staff as an assistant editor of U.S. Catholic and editor of Martin E. Marty's Context in October 2004. Prior to joining Claretian Publications, Cones worked in book publishing at Liturgy Training Publications of the Archdiocese of Chicago. In addition to his work at U.S. Catholic, Cones teaches continuing education courses in theology for the Archdiocese of Chicago and is an adjunct instructor at DePaul University.

She has freelanced for Vatican Radio and is a member of the Teresian Association, an international Catholic lay association.
